Shipping, returns and privacy

Shipping

We ship to Canada and the United States. Shipping is a flat $15 CAD within Canada and $25 CAD to the U.S. Every sign is built to order. We'll email you a ship date within two business days of your order, and a tracking number when it ships.

U.S. customers may be charged duties or brokerage fees by the carrier on delivery.

Returns

Because each sign is made with your airport and taxiway layout, we can't accept returns for a change of mind. Every sign has a one-year warranty from the verified purchase date. If it arrives damaged or stops working in that time, email support@realisticpilot.com with a photo and we'll repair or replace it.

You can cancel for a full refund any time before we confirm your layout by email.

Gift cards

A RealisticPilot gift card is good for one personalized illuminated ICAO airport sign, including shipping anywhere in Canada or the United States. It covers the sign whatever the price is when it's redeemed. Gift cards never expire and have no fees. They can't be exchanged for cash.

The recipient redeems the card at realisticpilot.com/redeem and chooses the airport, intersection and back message. The one-year warranty starts on the day the gift is redeemed.

The buyer can ask for a refund of an unused gift card within 30 days of buying it. Lost the code? Email support@realisticpilot.com with the buyer's name and we'll find it.

Privacy

We collect your name, email, phone number, shipping address and sign details only to build and ship your order and to contact you about it. If you register your sign, we keep your name and email with its serial number for warranty service. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. We don't sell your information.

If you choose Accept on the cookie notice, the site loads Google's tag (for Google Ads and Analytics) and Microsoft Clarity. They record how pages are used, such as clicks, scrolling and which ad brought you here, and Clarity masks what you type into forms. If you choose Decline, neither is loaded. You can change your choice any time with Cookie settings. We share your name and address only with the carrier that delivers your sign. To have your details deleted, email support@realisticpilot.com.
